Recent changes to Grand Bank Visa Debit Cards, ATM Cards and Internet Banking

As a result of recent regulatory changes and the increase of fraud with regards to debit cards and international activity, several changes have been made which will better protect our customers.  

Effective immediately, international transactions using your Grand Bank Visa debit cards and ATM cards will be blocked, as well as gambling transactions utilizing Grand Bank's internet banking product. 

Customers must notify us when they plan to travel outside of the United States or have need to order something from a foreign country using their Grand Bank Visa debit card.  

We are sensitive to the inconvenience, but we are serious about doing all we can to protect our customers from fraud.
