Important Information Regarding Online Security

Grand Bank does not contact customers via e-mail to verify or request security information. While we will send you informational e-mails from time to time, these e-mails will never request or verify personal or account information, the e-mails will never request that you take action, and we never ask you to click on a link in any e-mail we send.

A common scheme used for identify theft is called either "spoofing" or "phishing” where emails are sent illegally using a financial institution’s name, logo, Web site design and/or graphics. The purpose of these fraudulent e-mails is to get you to divulge personal information in order to commit identity theft or to take money from your accounts. In most cases, these fraudulent e-mails either request the recipient to send personal information, (such as a Social Security and account numbers) back to the sender via e-mail; in other cases, they include a link to a Web site, which will then request the visitor to enter their private information.

If you have received such an e-mail you believe to be fraudulent, please forward it to webinfo@grandbankfsb.com. If you have replied to a suspicious e-mail and provided private information about your Grand Bank account, please contact us immediately at (601) 705-2407 or (866) 343-5976.
