Fradulent Phone Calls claiming to be Grand Bank employee

We have become aware of customers receiving fraudulent phone messages regarding their Grand Bank Visa Debit/ATM card from someone posing as a Grand Bank employee. The message states “there is a problem with your debit card that needs to be resolved at your earliest convenience. Please call our toll free number (615) 932-2912”.

This phone number is not connected with Grand Bank and this is an attempt by fraudsters to obtain information they need in order to illegally process transactions on your account.
